This is the biggest adjustment I can recommend. Dairy, mostly cow milk, is EVERYWHERE. Cheese, cream and/or some form of whey is in almost every American restaurant meal and packaged food.
Especially if you are a woman or teenager struggling with acne, early development or painful menstruation issues, please heed this information. :)
LET'S BREAK IT DOWN
• Mama cows produce milk naturally solely to feed their cow offspring
• That powerful milk is programmed by nature to grow calves into HUGE beasts
• The milk is naturally filled with another species' (cow) hormones
• Factory Animals are pumped with further hormones, antibiotics and fed an unnatural diet to keep them producing as much as possible. They are also often kept in stressed conditions causing more chemicals in their milk output.
WHAT MOST AFFECTS ACNE, PUBERTY and PERIOD REGULATION?
• Hormones
I'll let you do the math here. Quit the mass consumption and you will likely experience immediate relief. Personally, I took my dairy consumption down to about 10% of what it was and I look for pastured animal dairy products, generally sticking to goat and sheep's milk.
ALTERNATIVE
Nut Milks - almond, cashew, coconut, soy, pecan and so many others that keep popping up on the market. Cheese, spreads, ice cream, etc are readily available in dairy-free, nut-milk options. You think you will miss cheese and stuff but once your skin is clear and your cramps go away, the craving will die right down. 😉
